Gregory Catlett, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement at St. David's Center for Hip and Knee Replacement in Austin, Texas. His areas of expertise include primary and complex hip and knee replacement, as well as revision surgery for patients who have previously undergone joint replacement.

Dr. Catlett offers a range of surgical options based on each patient's individual needs, including anterior muscle-sparing hip replacement and partial (unicondylar) knee replacement. He also utilizes robotic-assisted surgery and computer navigation for hip and knee replacement when appropriate.

Dr. Catlett believes in a patient-centered approach to joint replacement care. He combines proven surgical techniques with advances in joint replacement surgery and evidence-based recovery strategies to help patients regain mobility and return to the activities that are important to them.

Dr. Catlett completed his fellowship in adult reconstructive surgery at Duke University School of Medicine, where he received advanced training in primary and revision hip and knee replacement. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency and medical degree at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston and earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
