About Alex Victor, PA-C
Alex Victor is thrilled to be practicing in his hometown. Working alongside his first mentor, Dr. Shelby Carter, Alex assisted in the foundation of the Center for Hip and Knee Replacement in 2016. He has assisted in thousands of joint replacement surgeries and enjoys helping patients navigate the process. When he is not working, Alex loves spending time with his wife, two children, and his dog. He enjoys being outdoors and has a variety of hobbies, including: coaching his kids’ sports teams, playing recreational sports, hiking, gardening, pottery and fishing.
Alex attained his undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry from Baylor University through the honor’s college. He then graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Physician Assistant Program with a Master’s Degree in PA Studies. He was awarded into the PA honor’s society Pi Alpha. He is licensed through the Texas Medical Board and holds accreditation through the National Commission on certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Alex is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA), the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants (TAPA), the Central Texas Physician Assistant Society (CTPAS) and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS).
